Gerry is a Business Development Manager for Eolas Capital and is responsible for marketing our partner managers to new investors and consultants. He is a shareholder of the firm.
Before joining Eolas Capital, Gerry was a Managing Director, Head of U.S. Sales and Consultant Relations for two BNY Mellon Investment Management affiliates, Mellon Investments and Newton Investments where he served as a player/coach for a team responsible for developing business with institutional investors and consultants. Gerry was a member of the Senior Leadership Team and Product Development Committees at Mellon and Newton.
Prior to BNY Investment Management, Gerry held leadership roles at firms such as RBC Global Asset Management, Two Sigma, Wellington Management, Neuberger Berman and T. Rowe Price. Gerry has been in the investment industry since 1996.
Gerry also served as an officer in the United States Navy and served in various campaigns in Somalia, Haiti and Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. He was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal.
Gerry earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.BA. with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds the CAIA designation.
